Eric has been in the architectural profession for over a decade and in construction for over 25 years. He has experience with several building types and uses, including residential, commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use. Eric has produced construction documents for both new construction and renovations. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Eric brings with him a strong understanding of sustainable design and a commitment to make better, greener environments.

Recent projects Eric has worked on include a one million SF mixed-use retail/residential project in Hollywood, CA, a 110,000 SF mixed-use residential/medical/retail facility in Bronx, NY, and an 80-unit senior housing project in Brooklyn, NY. Past projects include single-family residences, industrial/office space, historic preservation facades, and building surveys.

Eric has been affiliated with several professional organizations, including the United States Green Building Council, the American Institute of Architects, and the Urban Land Institute. He is a licensed architect and holds degrees in architecture from UCLA and UC Berkeley.

He is currently working on a PhD in Sustainable Urban Design at the University of British Columbia.
